Each of our exemplary employees has an extensive background in commercial cleaning. All have been selected as employees as a result of strong experiences. Additionally, each of these employees has received a Certificate of Achievement from Lexium Building Maintenance for Commercial Cleaning Training.
Our Training
We have established effective cleaning methods and strategies with unique training. It also enables the cleaners to understand the procedures they are using and comprehend the corresponding Material Safety Data Sheet. Each cleaner is trained in emergency response and security.
Close Supervision
For each job, our operations manager or operations supervisor, will meet the cleaners and review the premises, materials, cleaning supplies, and any other supplies as well as the job duties. Each of the executive cleaners signs a Janitorial Cleaners Guide Contract, which outlines their expected behaviour and conduct on the job and Lexium Building Maintenance’s Policies and Procedures.
